Reconnecting Roman Britain

Following the success of last year’s ‘Reconnecting Roman Britain’ event in London, the Archaeology Committee of the Society for the Promotion of Roman Studies will host a free one-day, in-person event (with pre-event reception) at Newcastle University.

Join us alongside specialists of different disciplines who will showcase the latest research and finds of Britain from the Roman world!

A pre-event reception will be held on the Friday afternoon/evening including: Tour of the Great North Museum (3-5pm) and informal socialising (venue TBC).

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:

Tickets are free, but for catering reasons, attendees will need to register by Friday, 13th October.
