Description: To complement the forthcoming Nero Exhibition at the British Museum, the Roman Society and Association for Roman Archaeology are holding this British Museum hosted Zoom Symposium on aspects of Nero’s reign.
The symposium will explore the coinage of Nero, the discovery of a totally new Neronian lead ingot in Wales, research on gems found at Pompeii, and Claudia Octavia, Nero’s step-sister and wife.
