Stephen Clews spoke about the 130 curse tablets recovered from the hot spring at Bath, which give us an insight into many aspects of life at the edge of Empire. The tablets were recently inscribed on the UNESCO UK Memory of the World Register of outstanding documentary heritage and are the first documents from Roman Britain to be recognised in this way.
